Shipping Policy: All orders shall be processed within the geographical area of European Union and United Kingdom through express delivery within 1-2 business days. Orders shall not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We ship free of cost through DHL or via any other suitable method of shipping within the geographical area as stated above.

GENERAL POLICY:

1. You will receive an email regarding shipment confirmation once your order has shipped, holding your tracking number(s). The shipping tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
2. We are not accountable and responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees shall be imposed during or subsequent to shipping is the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
3. We shall not be accountable and responsible for any goods damaged, scratched, or lost during delivery/shipment. If you received the ordered goods damaged, kindly contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
